We flew from Salzburg to Fuerteventura with a quick stop on the adjacent island, Lanzarote. The five-hour flight was quite uneventful so I occupied myself with taking pictures.

The food was surprisingly good! Way to go, Niki Air!

Algeria from above. The visibility wasn't so great and photos turned out mostly grey, so Photoshop came in handy to create "art", hehe. ;)

Approaching over a tourist resort on Fuerteventura.

We stayed at an apartment hotel in Corralejo at the northern tip of the island. The place was big, pleasant, quiet, and had several swimming pools for those who preferred to stay put.
|
|
Lots of greenery around the resort is actually deceiving as the island itself is not nearly as green.

The view from the first floor. One of the great things here is that hotels are not built high. Instead, they are spread out over large areas.
